James Mabie did an excellent job installing a battery-backup sump pump and did it on short notice. While on site he repaired a faulty sump pump discharge pipe originally installed by another (inferior) plumber 2 years ago. This is the third job of many more to come, I'm sure. As in the many times we have had James work on plumbing matters in our house over the years, he did an excellent job in a most professional and courteous manner. He has always been exceptionally polite, explaining everything he is doing and what the costs would be, and is always reasonably priced for a top-notch job. We totally trust him. He is also a most likeable and friendly person who is very respectful , knowledgeable, and clean. I would not use anyone else - highly recommend him!
