HE DOESN'T SHOW UP ON TIME AND HE DOESN'T RESPOND. I FOUND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE TO BE DISAPPOINTING. WHEN WE TRY TO COMMUNICATE, WE KEEP GETTING POSTPONED ON RESOLUTION.
