The first company we called sent technicians who told us that we had to buy a whole new system because the unit couldn't be repaired. We were skeptical, not least because it was less than 6 years old. We called Dave for a second opinion. He arrived very promptly and determined that the unit (a Rheem) was still under warranty and could be replaced. He even ended up repairing the unit on a Saturday morning after the part was delayed in shipping. We paid only for his labor and the replacement of the coolant, both of which were very reasonably priced. He was honest, efficient and our system is now working beautifully. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I called David around 8:00 in the morning. He fit me into an already full schedule, came out that same day, and fixed the issue on the spot. He was also incredibly patient and good natured as my 5-year-old son shadowed his every move and asked 1,436 questions about what he was doing. Dave showed up the morning after we called. Considering that it was the morning after the blizzard we appreciated him arriving so soon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a small repair which got our furnace working again. Dave and his guys were professional and punctual. He is also very responsive when ever I text or call him. He responded to my house for the gas leak in 30 minutes and was able to fixed the problem. I definitely recommend his service. His cost was reasonable and affordable.

Not only would I hire Dave again, but I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond to service our broken heating system. He was prompt, courteous, and diligent. The situation was more complicated than originally expected, but he kept working on it until it was completely fixed. It is now working better than ever. He also installed our new Nest learning thermostat while he was there.

David was professional and efficient. He provided a review of our system's condition and suggested one maintenance repair - which we agreed with. Will plan to continue with ICS for our future heat pump/A/C needs. Flat rate for inspection, charged for part, and included a "first-time" customer discount. Good experience!

Dave is the owner of the company and I truly believe he went above and beyond with my service. He came to diagnose the problem the day after I called and fixed it one day later. I didn't even know the part would be under warranty, so he saved me hundreds of dollars. He was very professional yet personable and I would highly recommend him! I asked him for a stack of business cards so that I could give them out to my friends and family. I will definitely call him in the future for any problems with my heating or air-conditioning!

David was great. I mistakenly had some other work scheduled to be done at the same time which interfered with the service he was providing. He was great about it. He came in, did the work quickly so the other guys could get back to work. He also provided an estimate for replacement of my system when I'm ready. My a/c is pretty old and will need to be replaced soon. He advised me of such and provided me with some information to consider when I'm ready. I would absolutely use ICS again.

Dave, the owner of the company performed the service. Due to heavy rains on the scheduled day, service needed to be rescheduled to the following day. Dave called ahead of time to reschedule the appointment. On the day of service, Dave kept me updated on his ETA. After the coil cleaning was completed, he needed to complete a diagnostic of the system because the system was not working. During this process, it became clear that a leak test was needed. Understanding that I had already been through prior technicians for diagnosis and was at wits end to solve the problem with the unit, he offered to do a leak test for a very reasonable price. The leak test took longer than the prescribed time, Dave was thorough and determined to identify the problems so that I would have enough information to file with my Warranty company for resolution of the problem. I would specifically like to note that he was supposed to charge me for adding Freon to the system. In doing so he discovered that due to a block in the system he was unable to add the Freon. He did not charge me for this, though he spent time on the diagnosis of the block. I know from prior experience, other techs would have easily noted that they charged x pounds of freon and walked off with a quick buck. Overall I am very impressed with Dave's integrity, knowledge and considerate nature to help a customer that is in need of an answer without gouging them on price. I would recommend his services emphatically and plan to use his company in the future.

As a site manager of condos I'm always looking for great reasonable vendors to work on our aging systems. Dave, the owner, is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to calls. Especially emergencies! He is prompt arriving and if he can't make it for some odd reason he will give a call well in advance. During the summers months leaking of the condensation lines is a big issue on our property, I give the homeowners ICS to use because I know and trust they will not only fix the problem, but price the fix fairly. I'm very impressed with the work ethic of this company. They don't cut corners just because its easier!
