HVAC DYNAMIC

I've had one provider that I've had very good experience with and one that I've had very bad experience with. Neither one was provided through Angie's List; they were provided through my home warranty.  There was one last year, it was in July, the time frame that they came out; and matter of fact they never even followed back up to fix one of the issues I identified.  They were just really difficult to deal with, so I certainly would not recommend them to anybody.  HVAC - this is the one I had trouble with.  This is the one that I could not recommend because they were just hard to deal with; HVAC Dynamic, Inc.  They had to come back and do some work in August, 2016; the main issue I had was July, 2016.  The blower motor was bad.  The worst part is they were not responsive to phone calls, they showed up and they did not have the part on the truck, and then it was very difficult to schedule when to get them back with the part.  When they came back with the part, they had the incorrect part.  It was the blower motor and they had one that was not the right horsepower, and if I didn't catch it, they probably would have installed it.  So quality of work I guess you might call that; quality of work, lack of communication with the customer and timeliness to respond.   I could tell on the good that the service technician who came out was very friendly and very nice, but he had to get everything approved through the manager back in the office.  And the manager back in the office, he blamed a lot of it on him.  It's a company-provided truck, they don't have the right tools on the truck, they gave me the part to bring out and install.  So the guy was very friendly who came out, very polite and friendly, but the management definitely seemed to be lacking.  For punctuality, well when they said they were gonna be here on a given day, they did show up; they were a little bit late, so I'd say a B.  For professionalism, nobody yelled at me or cussed me out, so maybe a C. 

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TOLD ME WHAT I DID & DIDN'T NEED, & GAVE ME A GENERAL REPORT ON HOW TO MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM BEFORE THEY LEFT.
