 + -1 moreThe experience was fine. The person taking my order was professional and pleasant. I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted to them. That is why I like doing it by telephone rather than on their website.
Description of Work: I ordered sympathy floral arrangements three times this month. Have ordered from their website, but i like talking to a florist to tell them exactly what I want. The arrangement which I ordered this way was beautiful and reflected what I had requested. All of the arrangements were attractive, delivered correctly and in a timely manner. I will use them again.

 + -1 moreMy daughter chose red, orange, and complementary colors for her arrangements and everything was very tasteful. We were on a budget, but I told my daughter to pick out exactly what she wanted. They showed us things that were creative use of available flowers to provide a very effective display. Everything was simply gorgeous. They worked with us and did a stunning job. Everything was fresh, everything was on time, they worked with us so well and my daughter was so happy with everything. I have been using their services since 1985 and never been disappointed.
Description of Work: They were the florist for my daughter's wedding. They did all the buttoners and bouquets.
