They come out 4 times a year. We have a contract. They’re not doing any spraying. They plug up holes and stuff like that. I think their price is good. The quality is very good and the person who does it is very nice, polite and professional. They’re very responsive. They come right on time. They check all around. They have little boxes they put out here. I’d say it takes them about half an hour to 45 minutes. They’re very responsive and acknowledgeable. I don’t want them to spray in the house so they don’t. I think they do some spraying outside. They also wear booties when they are inside checking their little boxes.

It went great! From scheduling, communication (which is KEY) and performance. Recommended by neighbor. Ants started dying immediately and the bees were gone (except for yard which I did not schedule treatment of). Very, very satisfied and glad I signed up for the quarterly treatment. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that I hope the company replaces/repairs technician's spray wand because it was dripping a lot and she had to cover it with a paper towel.
