Arrived on time and were able to accommodate a weekend time.  Just one rather than 2 cleaners.  Made it hard for the one who came with no one to double check.  We sometimes miss things and others can point it out to us.  Finished in a reasonable time, but some details were missed.

Joe was the main contact for the job, and he was very responsive and professional.   The cleaning crew usually consisted of two women, one who was pretty consistently there.   Her partners kept changing, and that caused some problems.

I was not happy with the quality of the cleanings, even though we talked about it multiple times and they did try to do better.    Dusting is a big thing for me, and things would be dusted on the "visible" side, but if you looked behind them, no.  Although I was not looking for "deep cleaning" I was looking for something more comprehensive than "light surface" cleaning.  A few small items were broken that I would just find - they wouldn't mention it.

After I let them go I found a few more things that had been broken that they never told me about.   I am not particularly happy about that.  And I found that the house was significantly dirtier than I thought it would be.  So that's why I wouldn't ask them back.

Great experience from start to finish.

We have been using Home Clean Home (HCH) for over two years now, and I am extraordinarily pleased with the service. At first, I was very reluctant to hire house cleaners, but I now consider our cleaning team of Maria and Juliana an indispensable part of our household. We have four pets (two dogs and two cats), and HCH does a great job thoroughly vacuuming our upholstered furniture and cleaning hardwood floors to remove pet hair. (They are also very kind to our pets; our puppy loves when they visit.) They do a great job on the kitchen and bathrooms, and the whole house smells fresh when they finish. If I ever have concerns/schedule issues/additional needs, I can simply call or email the HCH administrators Inalva and Joe, and they will immediately address my concerns. (Or I can simply talk to Maria and Juliana if I?m home; their English skills are fine.) I trust them in my home whether I am there or not; I have never had any issues with theft or damage. I would (and do) recommend them without hesitation to friends and neighbors.
