Geier Construction Company

We are selling my mom's house in Potomac, MD. It was built in 1972 and the radon level was acceptable at the time. 42 years later, however, uncovered a level of 57!!!!! Yikes. Our realtor suggested Bob Geier to do the work. Mr. Geier arrived exactly on time, each time he came out. We already had a buyer, so time was of the essence. The equipment he installed is nearly hidden, except for the box that shows the current Radon level. Sure wish we had that before! Repairs were made in areas where he had to cut through something - you can't even tell where the repair begins and ends. And oh yeah - our Radon level is under 1 now. Yay! Thanks to Mr. Geier, the buyers are happy, and we will close on the house at the end of this month. The final bill was very reasonable. I would absolutely hire Geier Construction again. They provide many more services, and I imagine that the level of professionalism would carry through to every job.
