Galeano & Galeano never followed up to provide a price for the work. I called several times and they told me I needed to provide additional information. I would provide the information each time but in the end, they never provided a bid for the work.

In the end, they did an adequate job. However, it was after dealing with much agony and many mistakes. The crew that did the work did not have adequate supervision, and I can't help but feel like the situation would have been much worse if I weren't there to keep an eye on them. They didn't level the bathtub when they installed it. This has caused my shower door to bind because of the position on the slide track. The toilet was crooked at first, until they fixed that. Several of the clear decorative tiles in the bathroom have a bunch of visible spots behind them from the amount of mounting medium they used. They took forever to install the pedestal sink, and they left the water lines terribly visible. My husband fixed that one. The allegedly regrouted and recaulked to deal with the shower leak, but it still leaks to this day. They mostly just didn't seem to know what was going on. All that being said, they genuinely did try to satisfy me, so they deserve credit for that.

I liked them a lot but their prices were too high. I got several estimates and I think that they would do a great job. They seemed very competent and I liked them a lot. I was hoping to go with them but when their estimate came it was just too high. When they came out to give an estimate they were excellent. He made a lot of good points and I liked them a lot. I said to my husband and my husband agreed. I wanted to go with them and I just have good things to say about them. They came out when they said they were going to come out. I didn't feel rushed and it was a very good interview over everyone I called. I wouldn't contact them again only because they were so far out of the ballpark. If someone has lot of money and wants good job, doesn't care then they are fine.

It was an excellent experience. They were honest, ethical and did superior work. They showed a lot of attention to detail.
