, I think they are out of business. They had done good work for us in the past, but they were always unresponsive. For whatever reason, their responsiveness, puntuality and professionalism sunk to unacceptable lows. About a year ago, we hired them to install windows on our top floor and carpet on our staircase. It took them five months to install the windows and one of the windows was never installed. The carpet was never installed and we had to pay someone else to install them. We never got back our money for the window they never installed and the carpet they didn't install. They do not answer phone calls or return messages. Needless to say, we will never use that company again. We strongly discourage anyone else from using them as well.

We were extremely pleased with the repairs to the door frame and the replacement of our loft dormer windows. This was much more than just replacing the existing windows, they built a whole new window frame and it looks great. This was the third or fourth project that this company has done for us and they hve always performed in a very professional manner. We have already recommended this company to several friends who have also been very pleased with their services and will continue to do so.
