FRANKLIN RUBIO LANDSCAPING

Franklin provided estimates for both front and back beds. We did the back beds (smaller job) first, to see how it went. Marvin, the young man who actually did the work, arrived on time, and completed the job in 1 day. Although the mulch wasn't 2" deep, we were basically satisfied, so scheduled the front beds, a large job. Marvin and 2 other young men arrived nearly 30 minutes late. I had to leave for work, so only had time to review the requested work. When I arrived home, I was extremely disappointed. The beds weren't edged, and the overall job was unsatisfactory. I called Franklin and explained my displeasure. Evidently Marvin had another job, so he had left the 2 new men to do my job alone. They also ran out of mulch, but would be back the next day to finish. Although they were supposed to remove weeds before mulching, they didn't. I've been constantly pulling weeds from the front beds. The mulch was supposed to be 2" deep, but was barely 1".

Worked efficiently and estimate regarding amount of time to complete work was accurate. Only complaint was that after the work was complete, Franklin tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price, saying that he had underestimated how much work would be involved.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS LAWN SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS TAKE THERE TIME WHEN MOWING THE LAWN AND TRIMMING AROUND THE HOUSE. THEY NEVER CUT THE LAWN TO SHORT AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.

FRANKLIN IS A HARDWORKING, GOOD GUY. WHEN HE WORKS ON MY LAWN, IT LOOKS GREAT. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT I AM SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE MAKES SURE THAT ALL GRASS CLIPPINGS ARE SWEPT AND REMOVED FROM MY PROPERTY, WHICH I APPRECIATE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
