Brought my SUV in with a terrible rattle. Carlos diagnosed the problem and attempted to fix it, but when I picked it up, the rattle was still there. He took it back immediately, worked on it the rest of the day and found the real cause of the problem -- at no extra charge. I'm very pleased with the service and would use it again.
