Al did a great job. Working around wet weather and through cold, Al reconstructed a back fence. He sunk new posts, built a solid fence and added lattice work at the top. It's only now that I realize how shoddy the old construction was. This fence will last. Al also really understands what the customer wants and adds features to the job that makes the customer very satisfied in the end. For example he used smart, solid hardware on the gates and added a bumper board to protect against cars in the alley. While doing this job, Al is also looking at other things including a front door and rear light. Al has to work around the weather and other jobs, so there are breaks in the work. I was fine with that because I was not under time pressure. The day after I wondered when he was going to come back, he was there, working in leaps and bounds. Al was referred to me by a neighbor, and I have since referred him to other neighbors.
