Terrible. They failed to screw both the oil plug and the air filter completely back on. So after hearing what I thought were bad muffler noises, I took it to the Toyota dealer. He let me know that there was nothing wrong with my muffler. The problem was just that Far East motors had failed to screw back in the oil plug and air filter, which were causing the noises. After the dealer tightened everything up (no charge), the noise went away.

The oil change was good, however, they ended up saying that the tempting in my car was not like up to Marry land's code so I had to pay to remove the tempting which was fine because I know that's not their fault. The process in which they said my tempting was too much and it's kind of obscure. The service aspect was kind of odd but they were fine other than that. They were just okay.

It was positive. I like their honest pricing.

I had a good experience with them. It is definitely a quality and reliable place to go. They are a little pricier than I would have preferred, but I felt confident in what they were doing. The only issue I had was I thought they were a little expensive.

I use them for regular service of my car and they specialize in Honda's and Toyota's.

They do good work. They do professional quality work but they are a little bit more expensive than your regular auto shop would be.

Unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about them. The Subaru came back worse than it was when we took it there so we had an issue with them. We weren't happy with their service. They didn't communicate and call us with a status and keep us in the loop. They had the car sitting in the parking lot and we didn't think it was safe there when they weren't there. The work didn't get done like we thought it should. It was a messed up car anyway.

They came to our house a few blocks away from their shop and tested and started the car and replaced the battery. They had replace the rear wheel bearings a week earlier and I was prepared to blame them, but there really was no relationship, only a coincidence of a battery failure in a 2007 car. Even though it should have been no big deal to come to our house a few blocks away to test it, they could have been jerks and refuse to come and demanded a towing charge. They did not kvetch, and fixed it promptly with good humor and for a fair price. Mr. Watchman is a character and deals well with all kinds of characters who come through his door.

As always, the service was excellent. These guys are professionals who do exactly what needs to be done at a fair price. And I have never had a problem scheduling service when needed and having the job completed according to the estimated schedule. This time around, they even honored an expired rebate check! No delays, no hassles, no unnecessary extra work ... the ideal auto mechanics.

It was a breeze, nice and quality service.

Friendly, accommodating, apparently knowledgeable, looks like a well run shop. Insisted on a couple of things that seemed iffy to me (tires b/c old ones were cupped due to repaired wheel bearing issue; alignment) but in general their calls seemed supportable. Innovative workaround on a split plastic bumper to make it pass inspection, which saved me $$$.

They were thorough and very knowledgeable about Acura cars. They were very detailed and respectful

Been using these guys for the last couple of years and all can say is that I trust them. They have never let me down and I am comfortable dealing with them. Their work is second to none and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back.

The A/C in my 2003 Saturn died and the folks at Far East motors worked valiantly to find a rebuilt compressor, without any success, alas. But they kept me updated almost daily on their search, and finally we gave in and ordered a new compressor, which was installed the day it arrived. They also replaced brakes and did a complete tune-up. I was impressed by their attention to detail and excellent customer service, including a request that I make a free follow-up visit to recheck that everything is functioning appropriately. All in all a very good experience.

Their prices are reasonable. I have had nothing but good experiences there. They have always had my car ready when they said they would. Their waiting room is a little shabby, but everything else is good.

They basically rebuilt the engine so that it ran like new again. They were very concerned about maintaining quality and limiting cost.

They are very meticulous in their record keeping and the pricing seems pretty fair. We've been very pleased.

They are very friendly, professional and provide wonderful quality of service. They are always on time and if they are running late then they would inform me. They are also very good with Honda cars and their price is much lesser than a dealer.

Very friendly and helpful, but they didn't call us back regarding my car when they were supposed to here recently. We have used them for years though and they are great.
