Far East motor technicians are knowledgeable and will spend the time to diagnose a problem correctly before initiating any repairs, even in the case of hard to diagnose issues.

The workmanship was excellent but took a bit longer than the estimated time because they were not happy with how the paint matched.

Except for one instance, repairs are done as they should be and on time. There was one time involving replacing a shifter, where the part was defective. Far East replaced it at no costs. The owner of the shop is hands on, and will work, however long and hard it takes to complete the repair,

They were great. They were very nice. They had my car ready on time as promised.

Super friendly and gave me a ride home. Work done on time. Only complaint is that they are not much cheaper than a dealership.

Winter service was fine. Have not performed any of the recommended major repairs (e.g., to front upper control arms, steering rack, front motor mount, right front steering knuckle) and have continued to drive the car around town without incident for another 2200 miles. Will sell the car as-is with a heads up as to the suggested repair recommendations.

I always enjoy taking my car to Far East Motors. John, Paul, and Watchman always take care of my car and have a good joke to share. I've been taking my car there for 7 years and only once ever had to follow up on a repair they did. They fixed it for free. The car runs great and has had no unexpected mechanical failures or breakdowns, due to the care and pride Far East Motors takes in its work.

It was good and they were good. I was happy with it because, it was an expensive job.

They service my late husband's truck and everything was reasonable and they were actually having to evaluated it to see, I needed to know whether or not it was worth keeping. They were very fare and they didn't charge me a lot much money for it. There was a big problem with the car and they let me know that and put it in writing and as a result I just sold it. They were very helpful they didn't try to charge me for something I didn't needed have done.

They did pretty good work. I don't really don't remember exactly what work they were doing. I would continue to use them, I haven't moved.

They always do a good job on the regular stuff, and major kudos to them on the clutch repair. There was a brief, fleeting moment when we thought Mazda would actually cover the clutch repair so long as it was performed at their dealership, so we had it towed from Far East Motors all the way across town. Far East Motors had already ordered the parts, but they didn't give us any hassle about it--they just wished us the best and told us they could use them on another car. Wow! Long story short, no dice on getting it fixed by the dealer. So we brought the car back to Far East Motors because we knew we could trust them, and they had it back on the road in short order. Good thing, too--our daughter was born only a few days later.

Very pleasant, efficient and the quote was lower then the dealer. The diagnosis was was right on.

I have been using Far East Motors for three years and all I can say is Yes, Yes, Yes you want to use them! They back their work up, they are more than fair priced and ALWAYS are more than fair to the customer. They always go the extra mile to explain needed repairs. I called around and believe me they have the best prices around. I continue to be impressed by Watchman and Paul and their excellent service to their customers.

Based on 3 other shops located in the area they overcharged by at least double the price. They took advantage of an elderly women by herself.
