+ 1 moreThe work was done on time and professionally. The crew was very neat and precise. There was a couple of things they missed since we were not on site, but they were addressed when we raised the issue. Steve was very responsive and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. We will certainly use them again.
Description of Work: Hired Exis based on recommendations from 2 previous users and seeing the work they did. Exis spent 2 weeks on the project while we were away. We communicated by telephone and text and Steve, the project manager sent pictures of the ongoing work. This included retiling the foyer and basement, refinishing hardwood floors including a flight of stairs (about 700 sq. ft.), installing a toilet in the powder room, repairing mortar on loose stone pavers in the patio and front yard and power washing the stones..

+ -1 moreRegarding the condo he worked on, we had the cleanest home inspection afterwards, there were no issues on any of the installations done by his crew. Generally based on past experience over a 6 or 7 year period, the work gets done on time, and in a professional manner. If ever there is a problem, due to an error or miscommunication, he has made good on coming back and getting it done.
Description of Work: I am a realtor, and frequently rely on Peter and his company to handle painting, repairs, renovations when my clients need to get their homes ready for sale. He has also worked directly for me in the past on renovation projects on my rental and investment properties. He worked on a Bethesda condo for a seller client of mine, back in February, and we had it under contract within 7 days of putting it on the market, at full price.
