We hired Exis in 2024 to construct an addition onto our small home. They were able to take our architect's rough plans and flesh them out fully, coming up with a design that utilized as much of our plot as we could. We ended up doubling our square footage, adding one and half bathrooms, a huge primary suite with a walk-in closet, pantry, laundry room, family room, and a deck. We couldn't be more please with the quality of work the Exis crew performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home.

We researched 3 bids and decided to go with the middle bid because all the Exis' subcontractors were licensed and bonded. They were very professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up daily and upon completion. We were very pleased with the final results. It was a pleasure doing business with the company.

Peter's team did excellent work renovating my bathroom after I found serious mold issues. I had to be firm in stating that I wanted certain products to be used as part of the work, but as long as I was willing to pay for it, the crew was willing to install it. I have been very happy with how the bathroom looks and performs now, and intend to use them again in the future.

Project is still in progress, so far quite decent. They only use licensed electricians and plumbers which is was an important criteria for anyone doing work in our home. More to follow once the job is complete.

I had 3 bids on a project I estimated to cost about $13K - remodle 2 bathrooms. Picked the middle bid because contractor submitted a bid at my estimate and answered my questions. They did an outstanding job. They worked with us on changes. Made good recommendations and included several extras at no additional cost. We could not be happier with the results. They will be my first choice for any future remodeling.

Peter and his team did a great job on an interior painting project for us. We were working with a short timeline and they came in on time with quality work.

Exis contracting has done major projects for our Condominum for many years. They are respective of our building and owners' time, efficient, cooperative, reasonably if not Inexpensively priced, and an ideal company to do business with in every way. I can find no fault whatsoever with their responsiveness, workmanship, care or communications. Just as importantly, this is a company who unlike many others keeps to their completion schedule and is trustworthy working on their own without condo owners in attendance. Exis General Contracting makes your home stand out! We recently bought a home that needed some updates - we decided to start by painting the whole house. We explained that we wanted a neutral, Martha Steward look around the home and Exis General Contracting made it happen. From our accent wall underneath the stairs to our now elegant dining room - our home now looks and feels like new. In addition to the painting, we also remodeled our fireplace. Mr Exis's team got rid of the 1990's green marble and replaced it with beautiful natural tile (resembling wood planks) which nicely complemented the country theme of our home. They painted the mantle white to make the new tile "pop" and now our fireplace really makes a statement in our home. Another thing we appreciated was how CLEAN we found our home after the work was done. Its the little things that make a difference for us and that is why we 100 % recommend Exis General Contracting for any remodeling needs. We can't wait to do the kitchen next!!!

Peter was incredibly responsive and he and his team did terrific work installing new hardwood floors throughout our house and addressing a wide array of deferred maintenance issues.

I've worked with a lot of contractors, but Exis Contracting is by far the best, most versatile skill-range, and responsive to customer's input. They begin on time, end on time, clean up at the end of each day, and are respectful to home owners. They are efficient and their costs are reasonable. They're an honest and ethical contracting company. Exis Contracting has remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, painted our living, dining, and family room and installed crown molding. Exis researched and replaced our basement sump pump when it failed and cleaned up the basement water. When some siding (installed by another contractor) broke loose in a storm, his crew repaired it the next morning within an hour of the time I called.
