Tony and his ?Excellent Floors Services? are truly excellent?I would say ?Outstanding?. 

His crew worked efficiently and had the upper level of our house (about 1200 sf) done in a day.  They also installed shoe molding in all baseboards including the closets.  The results speak for themselves. Tony takes a lot of pride in his work and he closely examined the floors once the install was completed.  He noticed that one board had a factory defect (minor discoloration) and had one of his people cut-it from the already installed section and replace it with a new board.  If I had not seen these guys do the replacement, I would have not been able to tell the difference between the original installation and the retrofit.

The refinishing of the floors on the main level was far more involved and required several days to complete.  Tony was involved in every step of the process and somehow made two different wood species look the same by blending two different stains for each surface.   No one can tell the difference (even those who knew about the two different wood species that were installed before). Tony is very knowledgeable about wood floorings and very detail oriented.  When I call his attention to a minor irregularity we found on the kitchen floor, he jumped on it with some sort of wood puddy that made the irregularity go away.  He guarantees all his work and I have already recommended him to friends and family who are in need of having work done on their floors.
