Very responsive. They picked up my rugs the next day, which was the day before Thanksgiving. I was given an estimate before the rugs were loaded on the truck... no upselling. Their work was well done.

head office and workman, Arthur, were professional, courteous, and turnkey in execution, knowledgeable and detailed. They turned a heavily soiled berber we thought we'd have to replace in a small townhouse into a like new carpet. We've used dozens of carpet cleaners in our house and rental properties. Excellent Carpet Cleaning lives up to its name. We will happily rate a 5 star, rare for us, for a job well done by a top drawer company and communicate such to our neighbors.

Very professional and quality work. Only criticism is the final bill was significantly higher than the original quote on the phone. I understand phone quotes are general estimates, but significantly different pricing was a little shocking. Carpet looked great though and I would recommend them with the caveat that they are pricey.

They did a great job but it was over 200$ for two rooms and a small hallway. I probably could have gotten it done for less if I'd been patient enough to shop around with the other providers.
