DISASTER! Only items 1 thru 3 were completely finished. Edward Hobday quit the job when we questioned why he needed more money to complete things we'd already paid for. The kitchen was left in shambles. The exterior of the room was left exposed. There is a whole in the floor where the remodeled center island was to go. Mr. Hobday sent us estimates that with incorrectly calculated totals, change estimated costs on the fly and made promises not kept. Buyer Beware!
