+ -1 moreDISASTER! Only items 1 thru 3 were completely finished. Edward Hobday quit the job when we questioned why he needed more money to complete things we'd already paid for. The kitchen was left in shambles. The exterior of the room was left exposed. There is a whole in the floor where the remodeled center island was to go. Mr. Hobday sent us estimates that with incorrectly calculated totals, change estimated costs on the fly and made promises not kept. Buyer Beware!
Description of Work: Kitchen area addition; 1 Remove existing walls on porch .leaving roof structure if possible. 2 Adjust/install flooring system to match height of house floor level. 3 Install new walls to accept new Windows, door and siding patio door. 4 Exterior to match existing house siding and int. to be finished drywall 5 Electrical outlets and lighting to be installed per Ga and County Codes 6 Lighting fixtures, (other than can/recesed lighting)to be purchased by home owner,ie; Ceiling fans, pendents .exterior lighting, etc,,, 7 Existing sliding door to be moved to ext wall Rt,with new 9 lite door on Lft wall 8 Ceiling to be drywall to mach existing ceiling 9 Wall to be removed after new support beam install dividing kitchen to sunroom area 10 Cabinet to be refinished and install to match new floor plan as layed out ;,„ (See attached) 11 New base drawer cabinet 30" 3 drawer mounted rt of stove 12 Center island to consist of sink and dishwasher with extended counter top 13 COUNTER TOP SELECTION NOT COMPLETED AT THIS TIME 14 Appliances to be furnished by home owners 15 Trim work to be added thru out areas and finished coated wnth paint along with walls and ceilings
