Edible Arrangements LLC - Silver Spring

As background, readers should know that the day of this delivery is the 3rd occasion on which I have had dealings with the White Oak Edible Arrangements. On two other occasions, in the first case I was the gift giver, in the second case, I was the recipient.  In both cases, the fruit was not ripe.  In spite of my complaints to the White Oak (Silver Spring, MD) E.A. the franchise holder failed to deal with my complaints.
This time, due to E.A. history of poor service, and the White Oak franchise holder's unresponsiveness, I refused to accept delivery, and instructed the driver to leave.
Immediately following the driver's departure, I contacted the E.A. franchise #648, located in Silver Spring, MD, in the White Oak shopping center.  I left the 3 messages for the franchise holder, with E.A. store employees.  I also sent a email to the E.A. corporate office.  I have received no contact, other than an automated emails, which indicated the local store would contact me.  My email and voice messages included my cell phone number.  Seven days have passed, without reply.
I will never do business again with Edible Arrangements again.
