Well.  There seemed to be problem with the new radio/cd player after installation with the audio cutting out.  Eddy checked it , could not find a problem, but the next visit, he replaced the unit with another new one.  I would recommend this business.  Eddy didn't want me to have a problem.  The true test of a business is what happens when there is a problem.  This business did very well.  I don't remember exactly when I went to DSP, but I believe it was last year in the springtime or summer.  Nor, do I recall exactly what the cost was.  I just remember the cost was comparable to Best Buy, maybe slightly more, but I liked the idea of dealing directly with the guy installing the new radio/cd unit and supporting a small business.  I would go back if I wanted any other work done on my car that this business can do.

I have also gone to Eddy before this for the installation of my remote starter, car alarm, and window tinting.  Service is efficient, and his prices are competitive.  He was recommended to me by a college friend, and I have recommended him time and time again to friends and colleagues.  I will continue to recommend him for the services his offers.

This is a great place.  After our radio stopped working following a battery/alternator
service as a local car repair shop (Far East), we tried in vain to get the car
repair shop to take responsibility and fix it.  After many weeks of hassle
we gave up and took it to DSP. I called on Friday, and it was fixed before noon
on Saturday. The gentleman (Eddy?) on the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and
efficient.  He made the appointment for appointment for 10 am Saturday. When I arrived he was ready, and had all my
information I gave him on the hone already up on his computer. I told him that
the other car repair shop (Far East) had tested the speakers and concluded that
I needed whole new radio unit, and offered to sell me one for a hefty dealer
original equipment price.  DSP said they could install a better radio as a cheaper price, but said they would try to fix
the existing radio first.  Just in case, I picked out a radio and authorized them the replace it and was ready to pay several
hundred dollars. In about a half hour DSP called me and said they fixed to old
one and the radio worked and the car was ready to be picked up.  This is an example of an honest business that
could have installed a radio and changed me for it, but instead repair the old
one and charged me less.  I would go back to DSP in a minute for any car stereo issue. They are technically competent, honest,
polite and efficient. Who could ask for anything more?  Don?t let the alley location intimidate
you.  The shop is clean and modern.

From initial call to successful completion, DSP Audio provided outstanding service. A phone call to DSP and an explanation of the problem - a CD stuck in the car's in-dash player - resulted in a clear explanation of what could/could not be done - and a convenient lunch hour appointment. The car went right into the shop. 20 minutes later - the CD was extracted and the player reset and ready for reinstallation. 20 minutes more, I was paying a bill for an amazingly low $60 and ready to drive off. Two extra services: they left the car in the garage, pointing out, so I would not have to walk over the ice in the alley *and* the reinstallation reconnected a few wires that had come loose. I now had more lights on the audio system than I had seen in years! Thanks DSP! Will definitely use them again.

Went really well. Eddy scheduled me same-day and installed it in about an hour. Very friendly and helpful. Saved me money actually because he recommended against upgrading my speakers (which was my idea) and seeing how things go with the new stereo. Highly recommend.

Eddie went above and beyond the call of duty. This is actually my second time dealing with them and without a doubt if I need any kind of audio visual etc. installed in my car, DSP would definitely be the one I will use, every time!!

These guys are 100% professional and extremely helpful! I was so pleased with the service and final product that I made an appointment to have a new system put into my Navigator!

Eddie spent time with me demonstrating different combinations of speakers and amps and made an appointment for the install. He worked late to finish it all, and patiently showed me how to work the features. When we discovered a function from the previous unit that wasn't working, he called service support from the manufacturer of the new unit to verify if the feature was possible on the new unit (it wasn't). He is patient and professional, and very knowledgeable about his products. I highly recommend his shop.

Purchased auto stereo equipment from major online retailer and was looking for installer. Found Eddy and his company and so glad I did. Was looking for a quick turn-around as had a road trip to take and wanted new system installed. DSP not only took on the job on short notice but in reviewing what I had purchased informed me some of it was not necessary. The install job looks great and works as designed; could not be happier with the service or the owner. Thanks!

I contacted the shop and discussed the price for installation and made an appointment. The owner was very knowledgeable and was very willing to install an after market product that I had ordered on line. After I arrived at the shop, the owner and his helper started immediately on the installation and told me approximately how long it would take. The owner was absolutely correct. I was able to watch the work from the waiting room. The price was as quoted and I am very satisfied with the installation. The only drawback is that the shop is located on an alley and a bit challenging to find. Be sure to ask for exact directions.
