The work went quite well. Donald was very responsive to initial phone calls (left message on his voice mail initially), and scheduled a time to come see the job. He walked through the overall tasks, and scheduled a date and time for two of his contractors to come back. They arrived on time (more or less), were courteous, thoroughly understood and discussed my needs (it was not obvious how the wires would be run, and there were a few options), did the work swiftly but carefully, and cleaned up appropriately. The price was on the high end, but I specifically wanted quality work, and I think they offered excellent value.
