daryean is a contractor for home depot and he delivered the garage door to our home (we decided not to get it installed bc my husband and father were doing to). once i opened the garage daryean was silent bc the garage opener rumbled so loud and the garage door was going to fall any second due to very very poor installation. he gave us suggestions on double tracking and that he would need to find the parts and will get back to me on the final price but at least $300. couple days later he leaves me a voicemail ith a price of $320?when i got on the phone he said $330 but when i informd him the VM said $320 he brought down the price. It took him awhile to call me back on installation date? i actually ended calling him but that was fine. He was a bit late arriving to do the work but fortunately we had no other plans that day. The tracks looked the way we had planned?installing the garage opener i thought would be a better set up but daryean and my husband had to explain to me that that was the only way the opener could have looked because of the tight space? the opener looked muchlower than i thought but daryean asked me to drive my car in just to make sure i have enough clearance? also the opener did not look sturdy but i gave it a nice shake and it held well. We were impressed that he installed everything on his own with no help?very impressive?took 6 hours but we were satisfied. **gaithersburg garage was charging $550 total (garage door and opener). this is a family owned business..they came and did the job for a great price (320 for double tracks, installing door and opener? we gave him a bit extra for his hard work). all we needed was some patience to get the job done but with the great price we were willing for him to just take his time.
