Last year the back yard was done. I could not grow grass because of excessive shade so they mulched the back yard and planted lots of perennials. It looks great. They also put in a walkway through the garden made of stone. This year they did the front yard. There is one old tree left but all other trees and bushes were removed. New exotic trees and bushes were planted and it looks great.

Our project is still going, but the largest part (and the heaviest) is complete. This project has required alot of hard work, many different and often unique tools, and many back breaking hours. David provided it all with a smile and a great attitude about my vision! We are now in the most fun part with plantings and maintaining the plantings and David is helping us with all of it.this summer we focus on the details: the ground cover plantings, fill in plantings and stepping stones. David continues to be a great help and is very reasonabale in his cost projections and actual costs.

David Lee, owner, had been providing landscaping services for us for 1 1/2 yrs. At my request, he replaced the shrubs in the front yard in spring '08. He was paid in full. The shrubs died within a month of planting. I asked for them to be replaced, and he did (after many months, empty promises, and follow-up requests/phone calls). He finally replaced all but one of the shrubs - said he ran out. He promised to replace the final shrub within a week. It's now been over a month, with many follow-up requests, and empty promises from him. No shrub. David Lee is not a person of his word. He is quick to ask and stand at the door for an immediate payment, but very slow to respond once paid. My front yard look shabby, with a big hole where a shrub should be (and was paid for 8 months ago). Do not hire this guy!
