"Many of our Groupon customers used it for color consultation or layout planning. [member name removed] initially spoke with us about paint color selection and then shared her need for upholstery and shared a wide array of magazine clippings representing her ideas. We interpreted that to mean that she was also interested in furnishings and our company does sell furniture, flooring, lighting and other home furnishings. We carry many companies, such as Kincaid, Drexel Heritage and Hunter Douglas. It was a misunderstanding and we have contacted [member name removed] after we read her review but have not heard back from her."
