He is extremely careful, very knowledgeable and he keeps himself up-to-date on all the latest cleaning techniques. He is just a really nice person to work with because he has extremely good manners. He is very prompt, he will give you a window and he will show up in the window. I even had him coming to my house when I am not there, that’s how much I trust him. His price is a little high, but he is worth it, so I will not complain. Any time you are not happy a 100%, he will definitely come back. I will definitely use him in the future. He is so good; I wouldn’t be using him for 21 years. He came here when my daughter was a tiny little baby and she is now in college, he got her pink nail polish out of the carpet, he got a coat of new paint out of our new carpet, and it’s amazing what he knows.
