Upon arrival, Ms. Jackson contacted me when she entered the community as well as when she approached my home. She came prepared and was very organized. She respected the fact that I have white carpet in my home which she didn't go in and out. She was kind and she explained to me what she used in case of allergens. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
