It was to paint 2 rooms. 1 room was a large 2 story foyer with steps and the ceiling. High quality of work. Easy to do busy with. Easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They are a good value for the money.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom which was causing water to drip from the shower through to the ceiling of the main level. Frank came by and caulked the tub. A few weeks later when a much smaller leak emerged from a different area of the bathroom, he came back promptly and caulked the shower head, at no extra charge. This in my mind was above and beyond the service that I have received from other contractors in the past. I highly recommend Frank's Custom Management Service and would hire them again. He was very responsive via email and phone, and was willing to work with my tenant to schedule an appointment.

I requested a free estimate from CMS, Frank Miles, and was able to arrange a time for him to get to see the apartment unit that I need to get painted. This estimate is one of 3 and of many I contacted, Frank responded quickly and timely.
These are the guys I will keep Frank's Co on my favorite's list.

"Upon seeing to job I noticed a problem. I personally reviewed and explained in detail my evaluation. Customer was to receive caulking and grout for up to three hours. Customer had two bathrooms the tile was in extremely poor condition. I pointed out tiles that were loose and had black mold actively growing from the grout joints with all types of caulking smeared all over them. I explained she needed a tile job and this was not part of her purchase. She did not request the tile to be replaced. I did what I could but the customer will need to invest more than $99.00 to resolve a solution that will cost about $1,600.00. This is a neglected rental property. I am sure she would not want to live with in a place like this herself."

I didnt use the deal because the timing that I needed to have the service completed by was sooner than available openings. They were fine and I have no complaints. They responded promptly after the purchase of the deal.

Custom Management Service have provided all different services for my family for many years.
The Services includes numerous jobs in our rental properties in Washington DC and my family's residents.
CMS had completed remodeled both bathrooms in my daughter's resident in Maryland in 2013. Remodeled both bathrooms. Took the entire old titles off shower walls and replace new tiles for bathtub and shower stall, replaced the bathtub, replaced vanity for both bathrooms, re-position the toilet , ..etc The job completed with highly satisfaction..
Custom Management Service currently is working on our resident as well. The job includes replacing the drain caps for all 3 bathrooms, refinishing bathtub, repair and painting the ceiling damages from the leaking due to the flashing between roof and chimney, refinishing the garage, build storage area for the space above three car garages, painting the master bedroom and bathroom...etc.

He had to cut out the damage and then rebuild it. It looks great and is better than the original. They are very reasonably priced for the amount of work entailed and the quality.

Everything was done just perfectly! They were timely, the price was reasonable, the attention to detail was phenominal and the quality of work was outstanding. We live in an older home and the bathroom was in a new part of the house and he made sure to take the time to match the style an era of the home with all the little details like wall texture, trim, molding and beadboard. I highly recommend him.

A neighbor on Capitol Hill recommended Mr. Miles when I wanted to renovate my basement. I hired him, and have used Custom Management for home upgrades and repairs on 2 subsequent houses where I've lived since.

He is a handyman and he does stuff like this all the time. He did a good job. He talked through everything and if you had any questions on the way he was very flexible. The price was incredibly reasonable given the work he did. He was quick and thorough and I think probably those were the two best things. I don't know about the price because we didn't have it fitted out or anything. I think the price was reasonable.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. He is a hard worker who gets the job done quickly and properly. Every sub-contractor he uses is fully licensed and insured as is he.
