Comcast

I spent a hour and a half trying to get my tv to behave itself. All 3 women I spoke to did not seem to be well trained and I could tell English was not their first language. It was very upsetting and it cost me extra time. They polite and nice.

I was just using them today to increase my fee and they do something like a utility that we keep on using. Their really high. The staff and the workers are very good.

They are OK and they are the only option. I have had them for a year.

The service is pretty good - fast internet; very few outages. They keep increasing the price, though, so I think we'll switch providers soon.

After reaffirming with the CSR that I did not want the bundled Internet and phone service, Comcast continued to email me to schedule installation of phone service. For the third time I was required to contact Comcast/Xfinity and navigate its annoying telephone tree to confirm that the bundled offer was not acceptable and that I was cancelling Comcast/Internet Service altogether.

We got rid of our DVR to cut costs. They were helpful and it was easy to switch out the boxes.
