+ 0 moreI spent a hour and a half trying to get my tv to behave itself. All 3 women I spoke to did not seem to be well trained and I could tell English was not their first language. It was very upsetting and it cost me extra time. They polite and nice.

+ -1 moreAfter reaffirming with the CSR that I did not want the bundled Internet and phone service, Comcast continued to email me to schedule installation of phone service. For the third time I was required to contact Comcast/Xfinity and navigate its annoying telephone tree to confirm that the bundled offer was not acceptable and that I was cancelling Comcast/Internet Service altogether.
Description of Work: Internet Service Provider tried to "up-sell" me to its VOIP telephone bundle by promoting a discounted bundled price that would include both Internet connectivity and phone service. Upon final confirmation, it was mentioned during the automated verification session for the first time during the sale spiel that the service would entail a year-long contract. After I indicated thru voice response that I did NOT want the offer and hung-up, I was called back by a Comcast/Xfinity CSR who tried to get me to confirm that I wanted the bundled package.. When I objected to the offer because of the newly mentioned contract terms, the CSR said that I would have to wait until somebody from Comcast could call me back to explain the contractual terms!
