I had a terrible experience with them. I called him to get an evaluation and he came. He didn't a give me a quote at all and I have to call him thrice to remind him to give me a quote. He replayed back saying that he's busy and he'll see what he can do. Then he gave me a quote of one page. I need more information and he said that I need to sign a contract with them, without signing a contract he won't give me more information. He sounded like he was way too busy to do anything. I called him back again and I said I would review the quote again and he's like if I have any questions I'll just call him and he'd answered that. He won't give me a return quote explaining it on detail. I e-mailed him to call him at a certain time and he never replied and when I called him, he never took the phone up. He was unresponsive and he sounded way too busy.

I like his quality of work and professionalism. He is very courteous. Being prompt is sometimes an issue but he will usually call if he is running late.

He did beautiful work. We had used him previously and his worked turned out very well so we called him back to do some more. We had just put an addition on the house with a glass shower in the bathroom. There were strips of plastic that were done by the previous contractor which was not done well at all. Ivan came and spent 2 or 3 days and went all around town to find the strips of plastic to keep the water from getting through the glass shower door.
