About us
Bryant's Floors is a small, family owned business. I am an expert in all aspects of hardwood flooring, and I specialize in restoring old floors. I am personally involved in all aspects of the projects, I do not use subcontractors. My motto is "I Take Pride In My Work", and I am confident that the results will exceed your expectations. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. I am licensed with the MHIC #3735683. I will give a free third coat for any job over 750 square feet. P.S. I love dogs, and can suggest many ways for your dog to enjoy your hardwood floors without damaging them, so Fido (or Max, or Rex, or Spot, etc.) can come into the living room with the family!

Having used Bryant's Flooring to sand and refinished the upper level of the house earlier
this year, we were quiet pleased with the finished floor results. The lower level floor areas
had sections of termite damaged flooring that had been hidden by carpet many years ago.
Bryant's crew did an outstanding job of replacing several sections of badly damaged wood;
the newly repaired sections of flooring matched the sanded older flooring almost perfectly
once the flooring was stained and refinished. The work crew cleaned up and hauled away all
replaced flooring and wood trim.The overall cost of refinishing the floors was competitive with
installing new carpeting over the previously in place flooring, but the newly refinished floors
adds much more eye appeal to upper and lower levels of this old house. We are very pleased
with our newly restored flooring.
We were on a really tight schedule - we had 5 days including a Saturday and Sunday to refinish the floors before the movers were coming. We called several flooring companies but only couple of them answered back (this was quite a sour experience since a lot of these companies were A rated by various websites). In the end we chose Bryant's floors.
As promised they finished on a Tuesday - one day before the movers came. The floors in the rooms look great (we chose a water based satin finish - we wanted a lighter natural look of the oak floors) . On the stairs (were carpet used to be previously) the edges - next to the railings - are slightly of different color, but that is normal given that we did not want to remove the railings to have them perfectly done. The workers did a lot of hand sanding and we think they did a good job given the circumstances.
Finally,we were quite happy with Bryant's quick responses to emails and text messages. Fast and effective communication is very important to us.
I highly recommend him if you are needing any floor work done. You cannot beat his service and quality of work.
