They are great. The only thing that is troublesome with them is they don't do hydronic heating, which is like a boiler and radiators. So, it's tricky because if they find anything, they refer me to somebody else. That's annoying.

Technician came in on time. Confirmed two other evaluations that one of the units was best replaced, but alerted me to the fact that the second unit was probably OK -- and explained why the symptoms might have been misinterpreted. Turns out he was correct. Would likely have hired them to install a new unit but they were not an authorized dealer for the specific brand I wanted. Honest and professional, reasonable charge. Would hire again.

BMC was professional and fairly easy to work with. There was a slight problem after the installation of the HVAC system, and they came out to address the issue at no additional charge. They arn't the cheapest company, but they installed quality products and were responsive to our questions. I would recommend BMC to anyone looking for good HVAC service in the DC area.

This was our second time using BMC. They do great work and they stand behind what they do. Beth and Mark are great and we recommend them highly.

They made sure my old system could not be fixed. Sold me a unit which was exactly what I needed. Timely, very reasonably priced, and knowledgeable.

Worker was quick and clean. July 4th a.m. my A/C died. The owner came himself to fix it. This is a superb, service-oriented company.

The owner came to give a quote and was extremely good at going through and troubleshooting the problems I'd been having with my system. He listened to my concerns and did extensive examination of the current system installed. We discussed the various choices of energy efficient models to install and he recommended using one in the mid price range as having all the elements I needed and being the best fit for the house. Another company had just told me to go with the most expensive with 2 zones, which I don't need as I have a small 3 bedroom house.
The price was the best one quoted out of three. The work was scheduled soon thereafter and the team that came in and did the installation was extremely professional, efficient, TIDY (!), and consulted with the owner when I had questions about any of the whys and wherefores of the work being done.
Just after the work was completed, one of the new valves in the humidifier started leaking due to a faulty seal inside the part. A technician was immediately sent out to install a new part, which took care of the problem.
The owner then came back to check how the system was working and to tweak some airflow dampers. I was given another tutorial on how to work the controls and settings and my questions were all answered patiently.
The system was installed in the winter and when summer came with the oppressive heat wave, it was evident that some more tweaking of the duct work was needed to optimize even distribution of cool air. So months later, the company once again was very responsive and a crew came out to put the finishing touches on the system.
My entire experience from dealing with the owner, office manager and technicians has been nothing but positive and I wanted to take the time to get this review in as I am grateful for their consistent professionalism and performance. I highly recommend using BMC.

Very reliable,honest company.Other companies charge extremely high prices just to walk in the door. Not this company.
