I am very happy with the result. My bike now rides so smoothly, it is better than new. I only wish I had brought it to the Bicycle Place many months earlier. Not only is the "click" gone, everything runs much better. Also, the price was more than fair. I've been to this bike shop several time before for miscellaneous items like a new bike light (Light&Motion Urban 700) and riding tights, so knew they were very knowledgeable and honest. When a modest investment in a tuneup can yield such a tremendous difference in the performance and pleasure of my bike, it is worth noting. I could not recommend them more highly. The location seems a little off the beaten path, but it is very convenient to us in DC and much less hassle to get to than Bethesda, Takoma Park or Adams Morgan. Once you figure out home to get there it is quite accessible, and just off the future location of the Met Branch Trail/Capitol Crescent Trail/Purple Line.
