Unfortunately, Best Friends cleaning when from great to the worst. There work boils down to: 1) Do good work first cleaning 2) Continue to send good workers to clean to in order to sure up business a relationship 3) Start canceling at the last minute with over the top excuses such bee stings and vacuum cleaners exploding and 4) Start sending young worker bees to do a **** poor job. Basically, they don’t understand customer loyalty. Many of their last min cancellations wasted my time and left me high and dry in circumstances where I really needed cleaning because of guests, parties, etc. I’d recommend you think twice before dealing with these “Best Friends”.

They do a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

They are pleasant to talk to. Scheduling/rescheduling is easy- they are very flexible. They do a superb job. No complaints. We are very pleased with their work.
