Description of Work: They made 10 centerpieces for my daughter's event. They did an excellent job, were creative and very easy to work with. Because my event was 2 days after Valentine's, many other florists wouldn't take my business. Bell was willing and we couldn't have asked for a better job!!! All our guests were very impressed and we will absolutely hire them again for our next event.

 + -1 moreDoes the Angie's List listing mention that this shop does not offer walk-in service? So much for new urbanism.
Description of Work: This shop declined to accept our order for the strangest of reasons. I wanted a boutonni re, which typically costs $6-8. The agent told me they have not offered walk-in service for two years, so our price would be double with delivery charges. Ironically, they are only a mile away from us, in downtown Silver Spring. The agent did graciously recommend another shop in the area, Chaconis Florist (301-585-6655). I will call them.
