Mr. Levy was very professional and amicable during the whole inspection process and in one case went above and beyond the norm to ensure that a thorough inspection was done to my satisfaction. Mr. Levy arrived on time even though I was late, and walked me through the entire process including explaining what the inspection did and did not cover and what the law did and did not allow him to comment on. He encouraged me to follow him around and inside the home during the inspection pointing out both things that were in good working order and those that would need maintenance and repair, even suggesting ways to save money when maintaining the home (For example, get the chimney cleaned in July before you plan to use it rather than November). Example of going above and beyond: On the date of the home inspection, the weather was too cold to test the A/C unit; however, since Mr. Levy was planning to return on a later day to perform the Radon test he said he would test the A/C unit then. This was especially helpful for me since I was concerned about the age of the unit. Mr. Levy provided a thorough report including many detailed pictures approximately 24 hours after the inspection which helped me stay on our contract timeline. He was also quick to respond when I contacted him to make an appointment and also by email after the formal inspection to answer a question.
