Bill is a magician and a detective. When others told us we needed a new system, he has been able to keep it functioning just fine with a few little tweaks. He is incredibly conscientious, very personable, scrupulously honest, and always looking for ways to save the customer money by not replacing what can be reasonably repaired.

THE WORKER ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY KIND. THE INSTALLATION WAS MADE FASTER THAN I HAD EXPECTED, AND THE CONVERSATION WAS FRIENDLY. I HAD A FEW QUESTIONS REGARDING MY HEATER AND THEY WERE ANSWERED THOROUGHLY. THE PRICE WAS NOT TOO HIGH, AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND WORK.
