My former supervisor had found Mr. Keeler when she was selling her house. She had raved on and on about how thorough he was. She was soooo right!!!
I had purchased a new home the year before and needed to get together a list for warranty issues that needed to be resolved. I contacted Brian, I went for the big package, report with unlimited photos.
He went over my entire house (inside and out) and inspected every single corner, while finding things I had not noticed in my house. He was at my residence for over 9 hours! He is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge!
His report was beyond thorough! He included many suggestions, along with issues that needed to be resolved. I have made many of them that I could. However, I am still waiting on the builder. :>(
He has also been responsive on follow-up questions since the inspection.
I recommend him to everyone that I know is purchasing a home or is due for a warranty list to the builder.
