Aria Flooring & Remodeling LLC

Aria installed new carpet and pads--supposedly--in my rental unit Dec. 2022. The carpet and pad have a crunching noise when you walk on it now. They have not responded to my inquiries about the problem. Ray Ansari has not called me back. They are stonewalling me. "Smile in your face" kind of backstabbing business. Stay away. Find a business with integrity. Not Aria.

In preparation for selling my unit I have just renovated​ parts of​ my kitchen​ and bathroom (2 br 1 ba unit)​. I liked the company that did the work​, Aria Remodeling​. The owner, Ray​ Ansari​,​ came to do the estimate himself. He​ listened​ carefully to what I described and wrote a proposal that incorporated the specifics quite accurately. I let my real estate agent navigate much of the decorative aspects (colors, finishes and such) with him because I was remodeling for sales value and not my personal preferences. He stayed in contact with us pretty consistently (via email, text and sometimes phone). His crew workers were timely, respectful, clean and did nice work. They completed the job on time (!!!!!!!) His office assistant, Vincent, seems to be quite efficient and is very pleasant. Overall, a really good experience.

Ray's team did a great job remodeling our basement bathroom. It was a major job since they had to switch the shower and toilet locations and move a wall. The team worked carefully, with close attention to detail, and they minimized the dirt and disturbance as much as they could. The finished bathroom looks great and the price was reasonable. We're very pleased.

I needed last minute repairs prior to a house sale when another contractor didn't show up. Ray was able to send someone out that day and was very helpful. The work was professional and thorough. They were able to make the wall look new again. It seems like a very caring and trustworthy company.

Ray was very responsive to our needs and budget. He listened to us carefully and guided us in the purchase of the various materials listed above.

There were two things very important to us. The first was that the new floors trued up to each other. This area of the house had 2 additions that caused small elevation changes in the floors. Just 1/2 inch and 3/8th inch on the other side. We wanted our new floors to be flush so a wheel chair or older folks had no tripping hazard.
The second thing we wanted was for the project to be competed in a timely manner. By this we mean all supplies were available before the project started and the project was worked fully until complete. We wanted the disruption time minimized. We talked to a few people and chose Aria.
Ray, the owner, worked directly with us and came to our house with the tradesmen twice to figure out how to get the floors flush. That was on their dime. When he was convinced he could do it, we entered a contract with a price. 
The work began on the agreed to day and the team, led by Samuel, worked diligently to completion. They finished on time in spite of some unforeseen complications with the sub floors.
At the end we were and are very pleased with the outcome. Their work is excellent. And the seams are almost perfectly flush. They kept the worksite clean and cleaned up well after themselves. 
We were surprised by the final bill. It was about $2K more than we had agreed. It isn't that Aria did not earn it. It was just that I did not like being surprised.
Aria is a small owner operated business. Ray is a craftsman and very knowledgable. And he gave us some very good advice along the way. Here is the bottom line. If we were going to install more floors, we would not hesitate a moment to contact Ray.   

The finished result looks great.  The store owner was most responsive to all of our questions and concerns and was always punctual.  The installer he used to complete the job had been working with him for years and was friendly, responsive to our requests, and skilled.  He and his assistant also took pains to clean up thoroughly after they were finished.
