Apache Appliance

Our family used Apache for many years. This time, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. Three stars because technically they did the work (determined the old appliance needed to be replaced, delivered the new appliance). There appears to be no advantage to shopping local with them - the price was higher, the service was average, and the communication was poor, with attitude.

Technician was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts on the truck, repaired the dryer in great time, left the area clean, all at a very reasonable cost. An honest, very reputable company and I highly recommended them.

I scheduled a service call but the tech called me back later and walked me through a simple fix! Merely swapping one knob for another did the trick. He also cautioned to always turn the knob clockwise, never counterclockwise. We have bought several appliances from them and always been very happy with the service. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Gary was great and he quickly fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Customer service was excellent, and he even gave me the name of a company to order a missing part for my refrigerator.

I called Apache at the suggestion of Kirk at Silver Spring Appliance. Francis could not have been more helpful. clearly know his products. we did everything over the phone though he did email me the link to the range he thought I would like, based on what i already had. I then did some research and got back to him, and he was able to accommodate my ultimate choice. He accommodated my need for the unit to be delivered today though he was clearly stretched.

Delivery team was good, very fast - and they didn't mind the manic dog we are trying to train to like people coming into the house.

I would def use this company again. We have purchased our other appliances at big box stores, but this had a way more personable tough, even if only over the phone!
