Alpha Painting Contractor

On time, reasonably priced, did a good job. (What more could you want in a contractor?) Hector Rivera owns this company. I found him to be a good communicator, thorough, and knowledgeable in his field. He is lead-based paint certified. He made some updates to our frame, which brought it up to code and provided a resolution that will last decades. His entire crew showed up on the first day exactly when they said that they'd arrive, even though most people were off work due to the snow. They started at 9:00am. When we returned at 6:00pm, they had already completely removed and replaced our ceiling, removed and replaced the blown ceiling insulation, added support to the trusses/frame, installed drywall, and caulked. They removed all of the old plaster in a responsible way, protecting our hardwood floors from chipping and other damage. They also cleaned their workspace each day (only a 2-day project). We were very happy with Hector and his team. My husband and I have worked with several contractors now. Hector is the only one for whom my husband has glowing praise.
I included kitchen remodeling in his fields because Hector mentioned that he does some of that, though he is primarily a painting contractor.
