In July 2025, Allstate Auto Glass replaced the windshield for my Volkswagen Tiguan for around $800. When I got it back, the adaptive cruise control was not working correctly and there was a fault message related to automatic headlights. The problem was that OEM glass was not used so it did not calibrate correctly. The store owner Vali offered to replace the windshield with OEM glass for another $500. Given the issues I already had with them, I didn't want to spend more at Allstate so I ended up getting the calibration issues fixed elsewhere. I trusted their expertise to fix this correctly the first time but was instead asked to pay more. Really disappointing.

If you want to try it out, give Allstate Auto Glass Inc. a call now!they work directly with insurance companies" We gave them a valid GEICO # and they responded by text message "OK"\ Whe the work was done I was given a bill for $1,359.49 and told to pay the entire amount right now. They rfused to work with GEICO directly as their ad promises.
