In the past Henry has helped me negotiate getting factory warranty service on my Honda, which was just our of warranty, but which needed a ENTIRE NEW TRANSMISSION. Henry did the initial diagnosis and suggested I take the care to the dealer and call Honda to try and get Honda to pay for the service. Thankfully they did.
