Alfred is a best kept secret (that I’m letting out). I found him on another review site and I’m so happy with his work. He seems to love Heating and Cooling. My experience with other companies during the twice yearly check ups are usually “wham bam thank you ma’am” but Alfred takes time to explain what he’s doing and how to set the thermostat so I can save energy and money. Also, when I checked around for prices, his twice yearly maintenance fee is substantially lower than other companies’.
