Although I had already ordered the picture window from the manufacturer, for a very reasonable price Action Glass removed and disposed of the broken original and installed the replacement. They came within an hour of my call and completed the work quickly. They took all precautions and cleaned up afterwards. I'm a very satisfied customer.

They were able to come out quickly to give me an estimate. They were able to come out and install the panels the next week. The room had settled, so it took a bit more effort to take out one of the old panels. They did a terrific job.

Very responsive to first call, were able to come out the next day. First job ran late but they called to keep me informed as to their new arrival time. Once at the site they were very professional and did an excellent and fast job, making sure they properly cleaned up. Very reasonable and fast.

We had a 2nd floor window get hit by a rock and was broken. The window is half straight and half curved, like a half moon shape. It was insulated. They came out 2-3 times to measure. They brought it out and it didn't fit. They brought back one to work. They didn't charge me anything for the window they couldn't use or for the time they couldn't do the work. It was just the original price. The guy said it would be 2 trips, they did it in 4. They did it correctly and it works great. They cleaned up after themselves. I cannot rave about them enough, they were just fantastic.

This was the first time that I used them. It cost me less than $350. They were very good. They were very professional and responsive. I had the glass broken for several years now because I thought that I had to replace the window but they said that I did not have to replace the window and I had to replace just the glass. They got the ballast that was not working on that particular window. I had several other windows in the house but they were not included in the price. I had a separate estimate for that but then I have not yet decided whether I would do it as yet. I thought that their price was fair as I did not have a problem with the price. It was a quality glass and the replaced ballast was fine.
