+ -1 moreWent very well. I was informed of materials being ordered and when they would arrive. He kept everything progessing as quickly as possible. If a delivery was delayed for some reason, I was informed and he went forward with another area to keep the job moving. Took full responsibility for his employee's. Very trustworthy. Bonded, and proud of his finished work. Believes in using good quality materials, and will give you reasons for choices you can make from his descriptions. Very pleased with the whole remake of my garage.
Description of Work: I discovered rool leak with stains in ceiling of garage. He had been working at a neighbors home and I went down to talk with him. He came to look at my problem later that afternoon after completeing his work day. Further investigarion showed sagging of roof supports and around drain off roof. After several estimates, I decided to have ACS do the repair. A new roof was vital, stabilized and raised the roof supports, put up new ceiling, painted, repair moldings, installed new thermal door entering into home from garage, installed new garage door opener. Worksite was left neat and clean each day. If a new problem developed he immediately brought it to my attention and gave options for solving it. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Many times I felt he went beyond what we had agreed upon to finish the area.
