His work was first rate from the minute he arrived until he completed the effort. He was even kind enough to point out potential problem areas for my neighbors, without reverting to what I will call his and quot;salesmanand quot; hat. He began first thing in the morning, and took no breaks until completion. Clean-up was spotless. My neighbor knew he was expected to do the work that day, but saw no evidence that he had ever arrived. She saw no sign of dirt, concrete dust, or anything. (I wouldn't have believed it either, except I was home when he did the work.)
His work was so good, I tipped an extra $25.
