I tried to contact the member, to ask why he chose to write a review, after 2 visits when he had 7 weeks left on the warranty, but received no response. According to our notes, his process was almost complete. Several rooms were in fact free from Bed bugs. The client did not call for further treatment, and therefor, the job was not completed."

A Healthy Home has been eliminating Bed bugs from residences years before heat treatment existed, and without using any chemicals. Natural Cedar Oil pesticides have been are proven effective over the last fifteen years. On the points you raised in your comments, based on my companies' experience over the past 5 years, I am confident that the outcome would have been different had the occupent of the room followed our written post treatment instructions. The person who brought the bugs into the home was instructed to sleep in the room following the treatment so as not to spread the bugs to other rooms. They did not sleep in their room, thereby spreading the Bed bugs to other rooms in the house. I will not comment the accuracy of any of my competitor statements, however I must point out that if I was in a business that charged customers 500% more to produce the same result, I would have to come up will some way to justify my outragous charge. You're running a charitable organization addressing issues with disadvantaged neighborhoods and should not have had to pay 500% more to have the group residence for volunteers retreated. and would not if you had let us fulfill our warranty obligation. We have other reviews on this site and other sites which let people know that we are a company with integrity and a passion for an affordable, effective solution to the Bed bug Epidmic that has invaded our country."
