 + 0 moreGE Appliances came and did the following repair: replace freezer slides/supports (labor) $189.98 FZ slide/support ASM LH (part) $354.10 FZ slide/support ASM RH (part) $354.10 tax 42.49 Total $940.67 I canceled the $380.00 check to them. The $940.67 was paid to GE appliances to correct all the work done by A-1. Clients need to understand that this company is managed & maned with technicians that can not do correct & complete work. Any client using them will be disappointed completely. I have written to the Maryland Governor and to Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection. Please help me get my $940.67 back from A-1. Thanks!
Description of Work: The repairman could not fix the ice maker in our refrigerator. He did replace the ice maker and coil, but the job was done incorrectly. He stripped all the screw heads and bent all the slides on the freezer door.
